Sagi Wellness · Dallas, Texas
Deep tissue, Swedish, sports, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu and myofascial release. 20+ years of practice. One client at a time. Always.
What This Work Is
No two people carry tension the same way. No two sessions should be identical. Every person who comes to Sagi Wellness brings a unique body, a unique history, and a unique set of needs that day. That is where the work begins.
Rather than offering a fixed technique, each session is built in real time. I continuously assess your body throughout the session: reading how tissue responds, where it holds, where it releases. Adapting accordingly. The pressure changes. The depth changes. The approach changes. Because your body is not static, and neither is the work.
Deep tissue, Swedish, sports, Lomi Lomi, Shiatsu, lymphatic drainage and myofascial release are all part of my practice. But in any given session, they do not appear as separate techniques. They weave together fluidly, responding to what your body presents moment to moment. This is what 20+ years of practice makes possible.
Techniques
Each modality below can be found and searched for individually, and each has its own specific value. But understand this: in practice, they rarely work alone. A real session draws from several of these simultaneously, guided by what your body needs at each moment. The list exists so you can find the work. The session exists so your body can be truly heard.
Sustained pressure into the deeper muscle layers. Releases chronic tension, breaks up adhesions, restores movement in restricted tissue.
Long flowing strokes that warm the tissue, increase circulation and calm the nervous system. The foundation everything else is built on.
Deep tissue and stretching focused on athletic preparation and recovery. Reduces injury risk, accelerates healing, optimizes performance.
Hawaiian bodywork using long forearm strokes covering broad areas in continuous wave-like movements. Deeply meditative and physically powerful.
Japanese pressure-point technique applied along energy meridians. Releases blockages, balances the body's energy and promotes deep relaxation.
Sustained gentle pressure on the fascial network. Addresses the connective tissue restrictions behind chronic pain and postural problems.
The Difference
"The human body is not a collection of problems to solve. It is a whole system that communicates. It responds when someone finally listens."
A single technique applied in isolation rarely produces lasting change. It is the intelligent combination of approaches, adapted in real time to the whole person, that creates the results most people have stopped believing are possible.

Questions
What should I expect from my first session?
We begin with a brief conversation about what you're carrying, physically and otherwise. From there I work responsively, adjusting pressure, depth and technique based on what your body presents. Most clients describe feeling deeply rested and noticeably different within the first session.
How is this different from a spa massage?
Spa massage follows a script. This follows you. There's no front desk, no rotating staff, no upsells. Just 20+ years of focused practice applied entirely to your session.
Do you work with specific conditions or injuries?
Yes. Chronic pain, restricted movement, post-athletic recovery, stress-related tension and more. If you have a specific condition, mention it when booking and I'll let you know how I can best help.
